Facility Use Scheduling System
 

Please submit facility use requests at least three weeks in advance to give time for processing.

 
 

Helpful tips when submitting a facility use request:

  • Due to the high volume of facility use requests, please login to check the status of your request and to upload required documents
  • If you need to cancel a request, go to Usage, click on My Requests, click on View, then click on Cancel Specific Dates. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For weekend events please cancel at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges
  • To add multiple dates and spaces on your request, make sure to click on "Add Another Space" rather than "Submit Request"
  • If you find a mistake on your submitted request, you must cancel it and submit a new one for the correct dates, times, etc.
