Facility Use Scheduling System


Due to COVID-19 and school closures we are not processing facility use requests at this time. When school resumes we will process requests again.

If you have event requests for dates during school closures, please cancel them via the online system. Here's how:

  • Login
  • Go to Usage> My Requests>
  • Click on VIEW for the request you want
  • At the bottom click on Cancel Specific Dates
  • Select the date(s) you want to cancel
  • Click on Cancel Selected Dates at bottom of screen
  • Automatic cancelation notifications will be emailed
